Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  
• Handle exit formalities with departing employees in a professional manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
