Head of E-commerce Operations

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Head of E-commerce Operations to lead, optimize, and scale our e-commerce operations across supply chain, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end operations, leveraging automation and technology to drive efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
- This role demands a data-driven leader who can implement best practices, manage key stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely deliveries across multiple sales channels.
- Optimize supply chain management by developing strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Implement automation and technology solutions (Unicommerce, WMS, ERP tools) to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, preventing stockouts or overstocking through accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance post-purchase experiences, improve response times, and drive higher customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, return rates) and implement process improvements for higher efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, SLAs, and internal company policies.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and tech teams to align operations with business growth goals, including new product launches and marketplace integrations.
- Scale operations to support high-growth initiatives, international expansion, and omnichannel strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership, preferably in a fast-scaling D2C environment.
- Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms (Unicommerce, Shopify, etc.), WMS, and ERP tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and manage vendor negotiations.
- Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners, last-mile delivery, and fulfillment centers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in scaling operations for high-growth e-commerce businesses is highly preferred.
