Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead and optimize manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, and cost management. This role requires a strategic and execution- driven leader who can enhance production efficiency, maintain high product quality, implement lean manufacturing principles, and ensure seamless coordination between procurement, supply chain, and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end- to- end production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely fulfillment of business demands.

- Develop and implement production plans, optimizing resources while meeting demand fluctuations.

- Ensure smooth factory operations, managing workforce, equipment, and material flow across production units.

- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and minimize waste.

- Maintain strict quality control, ensuring all products meet brand specifications and international standards.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives within production processes.

- Optimize cost structures, labor efficiency, and raw material utilization while maintaining production agility.

- Lead and mentor a team of production managers, supervisors, and factory staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and design teams to align production goals with business objectives.

- Implement automation and technology- driven production processes for enhanced scalability and output consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

- 12+ years of experience in production and factory management, preferably in consumer goods, accessories, or lifestyle manufacturing.

- Expertise in lean production, Six Sigma, and quality control systems.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing factory teams and optimizing operational workflows.

- Proven ability to implement automation and technology- driven production enhancements.

- Strong analytical and problem- solving mindset, with a data- driven approach to decision- making.

- Experience with ERP systems, production planning software, and factory management tools.
