Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Brand & Marketing to define and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and establish DailyObjects as a leading lifestyle brand. This role demands a blend of strategic vision and execution, leveraging data-driven insights, innovative brand storytelling, and performance-driven marketing to create a strong market presence. The ideal candidate will own the brand's positioning, oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Define and strengthen DailyObjects' brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee performance marketing across META, Google, and other platforms, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and marketing efficiency.
- Lead influencer marketing and social media growth, driving engagement, follower growth, and brand advocacy.
- Spearhead go-to-market strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and category expansions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Utilize customer insights and analytics to refine marketing strategies, maximize customer LTV, and enhance the overall brand experience.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and visibility.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking to stay ahead of trends and identify areas for innovation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in brand and marketing leadership roles, preferably in D2C or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, influencer marketing, and social media management.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to strategize and execute, balancing long-term brand vision with short-term revenue goals.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building, scaling, and mentoring marketing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships.
- A data-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to execute innovative and impactful campaigns.
