Qualification: Min Graduate

Major Responsibilties:

Lead sales strategy, operations in the region, develop sales & distribution system in

achieving targets pertaining to sales volumes, distribution health, P&L, Market shares

QSR, Key accounts/Alternate channels, Modern Trade- Cash/Carry business .

Develop RTM strategy to execute across channels in different geographies.

Implement strategies on product positioning and visibility, market penetration, new account development and segmentation in order to augment business and exceed profit margins

Plan and execute promotion activities to generate demand/ push and build/ sustain & improve brand image

Implement, manage planning and stock forecasting strategies with high levels of accuracy and consistency

Lead the QSR,Key Accounts, Cash/Carry Team keeping a high level of motivation & feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated team.

Gain market intelligence and visibility through competitive mapping and market trends PAN India

Designing & Planning of Category Education program for stakeholders

Develop and manage various schemes effectively to achieve sales and market share targets, ensure timely settlement of schemes and adherence to scheme budgets.

Oversee the delivery of fully integrated marketing strategy in sales sphere in alignment to all National accounts, QSR, Cash/Carry channel

Develop mid to long term plans to optimize the organization function or sub function & talent needed for the job

Monitor the competition pricing & work closely with strategic pricing to develop right price benchmarking vis-a-vis competitive brands
