- This is a full-time position with D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd
- We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Analytics Analyst/Manager who will spearhead mental availability analytics research methodologies and drive the marketing mix modeling (MMM) initiatives.
- The role involves analyzing MMM outputs provided by external agencies, generating actionable insights, and presenting comprehensive reports to senior leadership.
- The ideal candidate will excel in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and translating complex data into strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, data visualization tools, and analytical capabilities are essential for success in this role.
Must have skills & tools:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing & advertising analytics or a related field.
- Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in project management to handle cross-functional deliverables efficiently.
- 5+ years of managed MMM experience in market research and competitive intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills to work with large datasets and translate insights from MMM reports into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics/ mathematics/ business or equivalent degree in a related field.
Good to have:
- Experience in identifying and recommending research methodologies and preferred suppliers on a global basis.
- Experience in conducting special research projects to support further penetration of existing markets, evaluate new market opportunities, and support new product development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with MMM agencies to analyse outputs, assess report quality, and ensure insights align with business objectives.
- Generate and present comprehensive reports to the leadership team using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
- Present complex insights effectively to leadership and stakeholders using tools like PowerPoint, ensuring actionable recommendations for cross-market strategies.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams and agencies to meet deliverables.
- Present findings effectively to senior stakeholders and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with the MMM agency, global Consumer Business Insights (CBI) team, and local cross-functional teams to enhance the coverage of marketing analytics through MMM.
- Assess the quality of region-led MMM report deliverables.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for cross-market sharing, communicating findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct MMM simulations to evaluate cross-market marketing investment scenarios.
- Visualize data insights and perform Brand and Marketing Expense (BME) analytics to inform and shape business strategies.
- Develop and implement analytics strategies to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improving marketing investments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing analytics capabilities.
- Utilize business knowledge and research findings to inform and influence marketing strategy and objectives.
