RTD Contractor/Data Analyst - PowerApps & Tableau (2-5 yrs)

Job Highlights :

The RDT Contractor is responsible for developing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and creating, maintaining, and optimizing Tableau dashboards.

The role involves collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements, ensuring data integrity, and delivering solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making and streamline workflows.

Must-Have skills :

- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including app development, integration, and deployment (min.5 years).

- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online (min.1 years).

- Familiarity with data preparation tools (e.g, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, KNIME).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualification : 2-5 Years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities :

Power Apps Development (60%) :

- A comprehensive understanding of the most cutting-edge features and functionalities, enabling optimal support for stakeholder requirements.

- Stay informed of the latest advancements and innovations within the Power Platform landscape.

- Possess the ability to articulate intricate technical concepts and solutions to end-users in a simplified yet highly effective manner.

Engage in creating comprehensive technical documentation and user-friendly guides that cater to the needs of diverse user groups.

- Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven processes.

- Integrate Power Apps with Tableau and other data sources to create seamless, interactive experiences for end-users.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Dashboard Development (40%) :

- Create and maintain user-friendly, interactive Tableau dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders at all levels.

- Design and implement compelling visualizations that accurately represent data trends, patterns, and outliers.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.

- Assist in data preparation and ETL processes as needed.

- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business value.

- Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to leverage Tableau for self-service analytics.

- Continuously monitor and optimize dashboard performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data queries.
