Business Analyst (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and take ownership of reporting, dashboard creation, and generating actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end reporting for assigned functions such as Sales, Service, Training, HR, etc. while working closely with leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets/Spreadsheets.

- Hands-on experience with reporting and data analysis.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Agility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Good to have:

- Experience with R or Python for data analysis is an added advantage.

- Exposure to Metabase, and Data Studio is a plus

Education: bachelor's/master's degree in any field (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for assigned functions.

- Create new dashboards and generate insights to drive performance improvements.

- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.

- Perform MIS reporting specific to assigned business functions.

- Leverage Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other tools to analyze and present data.

- Gain exposure to tools like Metabase and Google Data Studio to build advanced visualizations.
