Position: Business Analyst
Experience: 4-8 Years (Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on report writing and PRD creation.)
Location: Currently remote opportunity but look for candidates who are open to relocate to Hyderabad.
Please note: Candidate does not need to code, they need to be able to understand data processes written in SQL / ETL tools
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
Certifications in any analytics/visualization tools or cloud platforms are a plus.
We are looking:-
Experience in PRD (Project Requirements Documentation)
Understanding of data processes written in SQL / ETL tools
Experience in Report Writing
Experience in Analytical & Visualization tools

What You'll Do
Report Writing:
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to gather data, analyze information, and create insightful reports.
- Develop and maintain a library of standardized and ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, comprehensive, and align with organizational goals.
Project Requirements Documentation (PRD):
- Work closely with project managers, product owners, and development teams to understand project goals and objectives.
- Create clear and detailed Project Requirements Documents (PRDs) that include functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Continuously update and refine PRDs as the project evolves.
Documentation Skills:
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and best practices for the organization.
- Create and maintain various types of documentation, such as process manuals, business process flows, and user guides.
- Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and use this information to support decision-making processes.
- Present data analysis findings in a format that is easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a common understanding of project goals and requirements.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and validate documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to report writing, PRD, and documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
