Job Description
- Is accountable for the Delivery of Train Electrical Schematics and Harness routing engineering outputs, in compliance with the Engineering QCD commitments.
- Deploys and applies on project Train Design development procedures.
- Organizes and leads his work package reviews for the project he/she is in charge,
- Able to estimate the efforts required and prepare the techno commercial proposals
- customer interactions and providing the technical solutions
- Manages Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan,
- Contributes to the train/vehicle Electrical architecture taking into account in design requirements and global standards constraints.
- Organizes Design / Verification reviews and provides the associated reports.
- Manages Technical Solution, Gaps on application part and Product part in accordance with his domain.
- Defines and monitors the conformity to train Electrical Sub-Systems deliveries and other providers with project needs.
- Conduct self and team’s internal quality checks and ensure the accuracy and consistency all across deliveries.
- Technically lead projects, direct & guide team members and interface with internal stake holders and customer leadership teams to realize project Q, C and D.
- Articulate thought process well in individual meetings as well as larger team meetings, and in dealings with related stakeholders - internal customers and fellow team members.
