They are in charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. A service delivery manager plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands. A full-time role, the service delivery manager is also expected to identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders. Prior Experience in lead large teams and engagement

Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.

Proven working experience as a project management in Workplace services (WPS) in the information technology sector

Demonstrated knowledge of or experience with evidence-based leadership and employee engagement frameworks.

Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with knowledge of practice management and administration.

Demonstrated success in change management, teamwork, and matrix management.

Strong coaching and consultative skills.

Expertise in organizational change, strategy, and best practice identification and adoption.

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within deadlines.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Strong attention to detail.
