Hardware Architect

Job Description

• Create solution architecture for project engagements with clients.
• Provides technical direction to the team in design & development.
• Responsible for teams work for technical accuracy
• Responsible for Engineering discipline design reviews preparation and Interface with the customer
• Responsible and coordinate between HW/SW/SYS/LAB/QA/Mechanical teams to synchronize the deliverables and status reporting.
• Proposal preparations & work with sales for account mining and growth
• Accountable for revenue, P&L(Margin), utilization, attrition, trainings etc.

Required qualification and Skill

• Qualification - bachelor’s degree in E&CE and M.E / MTech is a plus.
• 8-15 years of Industry experience with experience in Hardware/Electronics Design, Development and Verification activities
• Experience in Automotive Hardware products such as ECU, BMS, Telematics, Automotive lighting products., etc.
• Deep knowledge of embedded electronics product architectures and systems for Automotive products
• Knowledge in cross functional domains Mechanical, Software
• Deep knowledge on Auto standards, EMC Standards, product certification and Compliances
• Technology aspirant
• Customer facing experience.
• Global exposure
• Experienced technical & operational leader should be able to drive 50+ people team.
• Experience in customer engagement, account management.
• Roles & Responsibilities
• Under general supervision, performs engineering work and applied research, development, and design of boards using electronic components and ensure product works to specification. Work includes Hardware Specification, PCB Schematic, FPGA design and simulation, Verification, Integration with embedded software.
