P osition Overview: We are seeking a highlymotivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiterwill be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, includingsourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within theorganization. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understandstaffing needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth recruitmentprocess.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
    • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Use creative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
      Job Posting & Advertisement:
        • Create and post job ads on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, company website, and others.
        • Develop compelling job descriptions and specifications to attract top talent.
          Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
            • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
            • Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
            • Evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
              Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
                • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
                • Provide expert guidance and advice to hiring managers on the recruitment process, compensation trends, and best practices.
                • Ensure that recruitment timelines are met and hiring decisions are made efficiently.
                  Candidate Experience:
                    • Manage the candidate experience to ensure it is positive, professional, and consistent with the company\u2019s values.
                    • Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process to keep them informed and engaged.
                      Offer Management:
                        • Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.
                        • Negotiate terms of employment, such as salary and benefits, in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
                          Reporting & Tracking:
                            • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring data.
                            • Generate reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity goals.
                              Onboarding Support:
                                • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
                                  Skills& Competencies
                                  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
                                  • Strong interviewing and communication skills.
                                  • Ability to evaluate candidates based on both skills and cultural fit.
                                  • Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices.
                                  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
                                  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
