Job Overview:
CYC Group is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and managing various corporate and private events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for event management, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent coordination skills to ensure seamless execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful event execution.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for logistics, catering, dÃcor, and AV setup.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Handle event registrations, invitations, and guest management.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any issues.
• Work closely with the marketing team for event promotions and branding.
• Maintain event documentation, contracts, and post-event reports.
• Assist in negotiations with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative event planning strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in corporate events, MICE, or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management tools.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-site during events.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
• Knowledge of digital event platforms and event marketing.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
