CyberMeru Technologies - Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Developer (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer to join our team in an offshore capacity. The ideal candidate will work closely with onsite teams in the UAE/KSA region and will have hands-on experience with Oracle FAW/FDI implementations, ODI development, and building optimized data pipelines.

This role focuses on data integration, semantic modeling, and customized analytical solutions for Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and other data sources.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Engineering & Analytics Development :

- Design, develop, and optimize FDI data pipelines for integrating Oracle Cloud ERP data into FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse).

- Build and maintain ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

- Develop and manage incremental data refresh processes to optimize data updates.

- Ensure seamless data integration across FAW, ADW (Autonomous Data Warehouse), and OAC.

- Optimize FAW data models and semantic layers for improved performance and scalability.

- Develop and customize FAW extensions and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards.

- Design and enhance semantic models and data flows to support complex business reporting needs.

- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and procurement teams to define and implement data-driven insights and solutions.

- Ensure security best practices through role-based access control (RBAC) in FAW/OAC reporting.

- Work in close collaboration with onsite teams, business analysts, and functional leads to gather requirements and ensure timely project deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in Oracle FDI/FAW.

- 10+ years of experience with Oracle BI Apps, ODI, and OBIEE.

- Experience in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and Data Flow Pipelines.

- Strong experience working with Cloud ERP and PVO analysis for designing Data Warehouses (DWH).

- Experience with Oracle FAW or Oracle BI Apps (OBAW) Data Models.

- Experience with Financial ,SCM ,Procurement Data Models.

- Hands-on experience with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) for ETL pipeline development.

- Proficiency in development and customizations for FDI/FAW, OAC.

- Experience in migrating and adopting new patches, including FAW customizations.

- Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP data models with a functional understanding of Oracle Financials, SCM, and Procurement.

- Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) development.

- Experience in Dimension Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Data Lakes.

- Strong ability to develop semantic models and optimize data queries.

- Proven experience in coordinating and collaborating with onsite teams across different time zones.

- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for FAW data reconciliation issues.

- Availability to provide support during overlapping working hours with onsite teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of FAW RPD Customizations.

- Familiarity with APEX, REST APIs, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

- Understanding of ML/AI-based analytics solutions.

- Knowledge with Oracle OCI and IDCS.
