Role & responsibilities
Inbound Telco - Answers inbound Business-to-Business (B2B) customer requests or inquiries concerning service, products, equipment and report problem areas. Triages, troubleshoots and resolves service issues and addresses routine customer questions.

Customer Service Agent
As per company standard
1. Basic level screening by recruiter
2. Maki assessment / Manual assessment by trainer for language proficiency and maintain the scores/grades
3. Tech Test - Basic tech test questionnaire module available on Harver which we are going to use for screening.
4. Ops round.

Nothing to like.
Until you are part of it you don't get proper support from the management, and once you resign and wants to followup for your FnF and documents like experience letter and reliving letter they are least bothered to reply. If by any chance you get a reply that will be rude, as if we are begging and asking them to do out of box. I would suggest anyone to join Foundever.
