WE ARE HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS(Customer Support)
Looking for Immediate Joiners
( Should have Excellent communication in English )
Salary: As per Market Standards
Job Profile: International Voice (customer Support)
Responsibility: Provide customer Support to International Customers
Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts(9 hours).
Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
Working Days: 5 days working
Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational Shifts )
Transport: pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 35 km of boundary limit.
Rounds of Interview: HR, Voice and Accent, assessment , Operations Round.
Location :- Uppal - Hyderabad
Transport: Free Home pick up and drop. Cab facility is provided with in 35km (Certain boundary limit)
Location: Survey No-1, Plot No. 6 NSL SEZ Arena, Uppal - Ramanthapur Rd, Satyanarayana Swamy Nagar, IDA Uppal, Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana

Nothing to like.
Until you are part of it you don't get proper support from the management, and once you resign and wants to followup for your FnF and documents like experience letter and reliving letter they are least bothered to reply. If by any chance you get a reply that will be rude, as if we are begging and asking them to do out of box. I would suggest anyone to join Foundever.
