Customer Service Representative

• Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management
• Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals
• Age: 18 years to 35 years

Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent)

• Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
• Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers
• Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
• Salary: As per Market Standards
