Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails to resolve their concerns and provide timely solutions.
  
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
• End to End resolution of customer queries.
• Inbound and outbound voice process.
• Mail drafting skills, communication skills, fluency in English required.
• Its a language specific role proficiency in any one of the languages is required i.e. Kannada, Telegu, Odiya and Tamil.
• Taking 150 to 200 calls of customers on a daily basis.
• Rotational Shifts, Rotational week offs given.
• Location - Belapur, Navi Mumbai
