Roles and Responsibilities

1. Work with different business teams on customer service and customer experience journeys
2. Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services.
3. Follow Up to ensure proper resolution are taken on Customers requests
4. Follow up with various departments for to resolved customer complaints
5. Maintains customer records by updating account information/ on call notes.
6. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
