1. Ownership of JCA performance in the state,
2. Owning the entire lifecycle process as relevant in the state, which, includes:,
a. Time based onboarding of JCAs at JC, JP level,
b. Timely training and enabling of new JCAs,
c. Ensure JC, JP ownership of direct ownership of JCAs in daily, operations,
d. Engagement event at state level for training, Rewards and, Recognition, Program cascade,
e. Performance management of program level to increase participation, productivity,
f. Launch new programs efficiently in state to achieve the stated, objectives
