Role & responsibilities
1. Lead the Inside Sales representatives team at State,
2. Set and track sales targets & KPIs by monitoring Leads Generation, sales volumes, Delivery Efficiency and TAT,
3. Manage the Jio Customer Associate & Jio Home Delivery Program at State and ensure high productivity,
4. Drive JCAs for Lead Generation, Customer Retention & Win-back Programs,
5. Identifying and onboarding Channel Partners - Ensure Partner profitability and sustained interest,
6. Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders for smooth operations
7. Identify key issues and pain points of the team and support in providing resolution,
8. Ensure implementation of operational procedures on ground,
9. Review and analyze daily sales performance of the team members,
10. Coach, train, evaluate and monitor inside sales representatives performance,
11. Responsible for implementation of various sub-programs launched by State/ NHQ.
