Product Manager

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and development a >$100m global product. This role is pivotal in accelerating growth, optimizing performance, and market share across our network in more than 4000 centres around the globe. You will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that expands our customer base, increases revenue, and optimizes our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of operational excellence as well as bringing to market innovative products that meet the needs of existing and new customers.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor/Masters degree from a top University
International consulting experience, ideally from top consulting firms
Strong track record of delivering tangible results
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive growth
Proven experience in developing and managing sales channels and partnerships
Demonstrated success in optimizing online journeys and ecommerce platforms
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data to inform decision-making
Strong digital transformation experience
Entrepreneurial and a self-starter
Decisive and collaborative, experience of influencing across the matrix
Structured but pragmatic
Strong written and verbal communication skills
