- Solution Selling: Understand client hiring challenges and present Curatal's platform as the ideal solution.
- Field Sales & Meetings: Actively meet prospects, conduct demos, and close deals.
- Revenue ownership: Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned regions.
- Market insights: Stay updated on recruitment trends and provide customer feedback to improve our offerings.
Who You Are:
- 4-6 years of experience in SaaS sales or HR services sales.
- Strong track record in B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Highly motivated to work in field sales with a customer-first approach.
- Passionate about solving recruitment challenges for businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
