Job Summary:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing strategic enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
a. Identify and prospect enterprise clients across key industries such as IT, Finance, Healthcare, and Consulting.
b. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
Client Engagement:
a. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, procurement teams, and C-level executives.
b. Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and demonstrate the value of Curatal's services.
Sales Execution:
a. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close.
b. Create and present compelling proposals and ROI-driven business cases.
c. Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutual benefits for Curatal and clients.
Market Insights and Strategy:
a. Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
b. Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product and service enhancements.
Performance Tracking:
a. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.
b. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience:
a. 2-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in recruitment, SaaS, or HR tech industries.
b. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skills:
a. Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
b. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
c. Ability to build relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
Knowledge:
a. Familiarity with talent sourcing, recruitment solutions, or HR technology is a plus.
b. Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement software.
