What we are looking for

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our companys growth. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role involves overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.

Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employees to foster engagement and alignment with company values.

2. Employee Relations & Performance Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy clarification.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

3. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and design development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other initiatives to promote continuous learning.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

4. Compensation & Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

5. Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies that align with company values and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation with strict confidentiality.

6. HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes, reduce turnover, and boost employee satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation practices, and HR policies.
  • Knowledge of data analysis.
  • Experience in change management or organizational development.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
