What Youll Do
Collaborate closely with Global HR leadership and business leaders to fully understand their business and consult with them to identify key concerns and opportunities to be addressed.
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence like Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement matters to ensure team members receive the necessary services, support and communications from these centralized HR functions.
Build the business partner relationship with management and staff through analytics and support.
Lead the development of the workforce analytics by delivering insights and recommended actions to HR Team and business leaders.
Recognize issues and problems that are interfering with the effectiveness of the individuals or the organizations performance.
Participate in the on-boarding and new employee orientation process to ensure the strongest induction into Nisum.
Drive continuous improvement of program by partnering with Learning & Development and the Talent Acquisition teams.
Provide subject matter expertise regarding data, systems and the business. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and business reporting capabilities.
Who you are
Minimum of 12+ years of Core HR experience with at least 3+ years leading teams and focusing on modernizing HR processes
Have Global exposure in HR with a great focus on identifying ways to increase organizational effectiveness.
Prior experience mentoring/coaching other HR professionals is required.
Prior experience in the technical services area would be a plus.
Experience in most areas of Human Resources but specifically in employee relations, organizational effectiveness through people analytics, a deep understanding about HR Compliances and Compensation.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills leading to effective problem resolution, but also understands importance of intuition and instinct in the decision-making process.
Passionate about data analytics and visionary for how it can be applied, with strong strategic/critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.
Must possess well-developed interpersonal communications, negotiation, writing, speaking, and strong listening skills.
Ability to identify and address client needs.
Adept at functioning effectively within a team environment, present ideas and opinions in a respective and collegial manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to positively communicate, motivate, and influence at all levels in the organization.
Exceptional customer service disposition- enabling ability to effectively coach and provide value-add consultative services.
Core knowledge of HR principles, theories and concepts and all related local and federal laws and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong results/goal orientation.
Strong proficiency/experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Have Global exposure in HR with a great focus on identifying ways to increase organizational effectiveness.
