What Youll Do:
As a Software Engineer within the Scalability Dev team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform by working on impactful and innovative software solutions. Our team owns and maintains the HUB platform an internal tool designed to support commercial teams with advanced analytics capabilities. Your work will focus on ensuring its seamless functionality, performance, and usability.
This role involves full-stack development, requiring both front-end expertise in React and back-end proficiency in Python. You will work closely within the team to optimize and expand the platforms capabilities, ensuring efficient data accessibility and system reliability. The position offers opportunities to solve complex technical challenges, work with large-scale data, and drive improvements in internal tooling and processes.
Develop and maintain front-end solutions using React to enhance the user experience of the internal HUB platform.
Create and maintain a robust back-end API using Flask (Python) and SQL.
Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL) to improve data accessibility for internal teams, leveraging internal frameworks and bigdataflow.
Participate in an agile workflow, contributing to sprints and collaborating with team members on development tasks.
Identify and address analytical, tooling, and reporting needs by developing self-service solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.
Monitor internal tools, log bugs and feature requests, and provide technical support as needed.
Maintain a strong understanding of internal products, technologies, and data models.
Stay informed about the Criteo Commerce Max offerings and evolving internal tools.
This role is based at Gurgugram, India
Shift Hours : 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Who You Are:
English fluency.
Bachelor s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of full-time software engineering experience.
Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases and data governance.
Experience with Python web development frameworks such as Flask or Django.
Front-end development experience with React, Angular, or similar technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
Passion for working with data and building high-quality internal software tools.
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies in a dynamic environment.
