HR Technology Manager
Job Summary:
The HR Technology Associate supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services and processes. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to maintain data accuracy, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee experience through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Implementation and Maintenance:
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of HR systems, such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and payroll systems.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
2. Data Management and Reporting:
• Ensure accurate and timely entry, updating, and maintenance of employee data.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
• Assist in data migration during system upgrades or integrations.
3. User Support and Training:
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR technology-related inquiries and issues.
• Train HR staff and end-users on system functionalities and updates.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and other training materials.
4. Process Optimization:
• Analyze current HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new workflows and features.
5. Compliance and Security:
• Ensure HR technology practices align with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Monitor system security and recommend enhancements as needed.
6. Vendor Management:
• Assist in evaluating and selecting HR technology vendors and solutions.
• Maintain relationships with technology providers to ensure service quality.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS/HR technology or related roles.
• Experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, DarwinBox, Leena AI, Oracle HCM, or similar tools is preferred.
3. Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Technical Knowledge:
• Understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database tools is a plus.
