Summary:As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. You will also provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Your typical day will involve providing guidance and expertise in technology consulting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions to meet client requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering value to clients through your technical expertise and consulting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead and manage technology consulting projects from initiation to completion.

Analyze client requirements and develop technology solutions to meet their needs.

Provide guidance and expertise in technology consulting to clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management.

Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules.

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integration with other HR systems.

Experience in conducting system testing and troubleshooting.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Talent Management modules.

Experience in leading and managing Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
