JOB PROFILE

The job involves creating presentations based on the information generated by the in-house research teams across all the data centres. The profile demands minimal level of client management capabilities.

Key responsibilities involve:

• Full range of presentation production and design to support Coalition s in-house marketing and client deliverable efforts

• Create/assist in creating designs, concepts and template layout formats

• Comply to company templates/ house styles and quality checking

• Process document requests from presentations hubs (UK, US, Singapore and Mumbai) and ensure deliverables are prepared to meet the defined project requirements

• Understanding and implementing the instructions received from London/Singapore/NY teams and ensure deliverables are prepared to meet the defined specifications

• Proofread the documents created for data matching and formatting finalization

• Follow industry standards on eye for detail and adherence to deadlines

• Co-ordinate with teams in India on any data requirements and queries

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS The successful candidate will have to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:

• An eye for colour and composition

• Interest in keeping abreast of emerging technologies in media and an aptitude for learning new technology

• Graduate with excellent academic background

• Skill set to communicate ideas effectively within team

• Should be a team player

• Decent communication skills (both spoken and written) to be able to communicate with London/NY/Singapore and within Mumbai teams

• Basic knowledge of MS office applications
