Associate Consultant - Urban Planning (On-site)

1. Support the Team leader of City Level Technical Cell (CLTC) for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for technical matters and other tasks assigned from time to time
2. Carry out all field tasks and visits for the projects under Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) and In-situ slum rehabilitation (ISSR) components of PMAY program
3. Provide support to carry out visit to slums for tenability and viability analysis
4. Monitoring of projects under Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) component
5. Identifying models for in-situ slum development and relocation of untenable slums
6. On-site monitoring of projects under AHP and ISSR component starting from construction to completion phase
7. Support in Preparation of Housing For All Plan of Action (HFAPoA) and Annual Implementation Plan (AIP)
8. Preparation of Utilization Certificates for projects sanctioned under PMAY
9. Attend client meetings and assist in engaging with client and other external stakeholders
10. Prepare internal MIS reports / presentations, reports, as and when required 
11. Assisting client on various matters such as preparation of reports, presentations, MIS etc
12. Other activities as may be envisaged and instructed from reporting manager/ client from time to time

Required skills - Urban planning and Engneering background worked in PMUs with Govt. departments - Urban Sector understanding
