- Junction Improvements: Prioritizing pedestrian and non-motorized transport (NMT), creating iconic intersections across India.
- Street Design: From design to execution, we focus on capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and project monitoring.
- Green Infrastructure: Creation of vibrant green lungs for cities including parks, wetlands, urban forests etc.
- Blue Infrastructure: Waterfront masterplan and guidelines focusing on climate resilience and incorporating green infrastructure techniques to create memorable waterfront public spaces.
- Community-centric Architecture: Socially architecture projects that cater to underserved populations.
We are seeking a dynamic Associate Urban Design to join our team in Assam. This role offers the chance to lead impactful urban design projects that will shape the future of public spaces across the region. You will work closely with the government and other stakeholders to create vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable environments.
Key Responsibilities - Client Liaison & Presentations : Regularly engage with government stakeholders, providing updates and presenting project deliverables.
- Site Visits & Supervision: Conduct site visits for project supervision, ensuring design adherence and quality execution.
- Report Writing: Prepare detailed reports to communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Concept & Technical Design: Lead the creation of concept designs, presentation drawings, and site drawings.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, coordinate with teams, and ensure successful delivery of urban design projects.
- Master s degree in Urban Design or a related field is mandatory.
- 5 to 8 years of work experience .
- Experience in working on urban design projects, including streets, parks, waterfronts, etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with government or municipal projects is highly desirable.
