Job Description
Jana USP is looking for an experienced and competent draughts person based out of Bengaluru to drive our mission of improving quality of life in India s cities.
Skills - Excellent writing skills
- Excellent research skills
- Excellent analytical processing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Time focused
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
- Diploma in Architecture / Civil engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant job experience
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
- Familiarity with drafting standards and conventions
- Understanding of technical terminology and engineering principles
- Professional work experience of 3-5 years in architectural, urban planning, or urban design drawings
- Skills in 3D software are a plus
- Knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Awareness of the latest materials and material technology
Job Responsibilities
- Quickly and skillfully draft working drawings while maintaining timelines
- Translate design conceptual drawings into detailed working plans
- Stay updated on new drafting commands and techniques to improve speed and efficiency
- Generate accurate working drawings
- Train team members in AutoCAD and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings
