- Leverage technology, data, and analytics to optimize talent acquisition processes and drive organizational success
- Drive automation and continuously assess, recommend, and implement technological advancements to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of recruitment technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Craft impactful data-driven insights for leadership review, along with continually overseeing the development and maintenance of MIS Reports & dashboards for data accuracy, quality and integrity
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations, managing audit and collaborating with internal and external teams to address any audit findings.
- Developing and executing an employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
Requisites:
- Relevant professional qualification, MBA in HR preferred
- Experience in managing full cycle ATS implementation's leveraging BOTs, System, Integration & Automation techniques
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition technology, process optimization, MIS, data analytics and employer branding
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition systems and technology trends.
- Knowledge on budgeting, HC analysis
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Data-driven mindset and a commitment to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
