Relationship Manager - Non-Motor Insurance Agency (2-8 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive SME Non-Motor Insurance business through the Agency Channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing agents, overseeing existing agents, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving the achievement of business targets.

4. Target Achievement: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met.

Requirements:

1. Education: MBA preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum 2+ years in insurance sales/business development, preferably in SME Non-Motor Insurance or related domains.
