Python Developer - Backend Technologies (3-5 yrs)

Role : Python Developer

Location : Gurgaon

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing backend services, data-driven applications, and implementing algorithms that ensure the smooth running of our software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality code while solving challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient Python code.

- Build and maintain backend components and APIs.

- Design and implement solutions to complex problems using Python.

- Optimize application for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design and implement data models and queries.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Write automated tests and ensure code is well-tested.

- Troubleshoot and debug software issues.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains modern and efficient.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Proficient in working with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Strong understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is desirable.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS : (Minimum requirements of the role.)

- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem solving skills

- Great written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to creatively approach and solve situations

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in business analyst role

- Post Graduate/Graduate Mathematics / Statistics/ Operation Research / MBA with Bachelors in

- Mathematics/ Statistics/ MCA (College degree in business or information services)
