Credvest - Head - Sales & Distribution (5-7 yrs)

About the Role:.

- We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the sales and distribution of our AIF Category II Real Estate Fund.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong network of HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and institutional investors, with proven expertise in fundraising, investment distribution, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:.

Fundraising & Investor Acquisition.

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to raise capital from HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional investors.

- Identify and onboard distribution partners such as wealth managers, RIAs, and private banks.

- Drive investor engagement through exclusive events, roadshows, and targeted outreach.

Distribution & Channel Management.

- Build and manage a network of wealth management firms, IFAs, and investment advisors for fund distribution.

- Establish long-term relationships with existing and potential investors to maximize fund inflows.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and investor suitability norms.

- Investor Relations & Portfolio Communication - Manage investor communication, periodic reporting, and performance updates. Organize exclusive investor events, webinars, and meetings to enhance engagement.
