About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and motivate a high performing sales team.
- In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and coaching and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales progress.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present sales performance reports to senior management.
Team Development:
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Identify and implement training programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
