Job Title: Territory Manager - Franchisee Business

Job Purpose:
Responsible for sourcing and acquiring new franchisees, managing existing franchisee relationships, driving business development, and ensuring smooth conversion and compliance processes within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire new franchisees.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing franchisees.
• Drive business conversion and cross-sell investment products.
• Monitor franchisee revenue progress and conduct joint meetings.
• Ensure franchisee compliance with internal audits and statutory requirements.
• Resolve issues related to limits, payouts, and operational matters.
• Coordinate training for new franchisees and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Role Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing.
• NISM Certification.
• 1+ years of experience in broking or BFSI sales.
• Knowledge of broking, capital markets, and banking.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
