HR Internship- Recruitment

Role & responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the team to review resumes, shortlist candidates, and provide recommendations.
• Assist in organizing virtual interview schedules and communicating with candidates regarding updates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Previous experience or internship in HR or recruitment is a plus.
• Interest in learning about recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
