About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites applications for the dynamic role of IT Delivery Manager. This crucial role requires adept management of services currently in production, ensuring optimal delivery to all stakeholders and users. You will oversee the complete delivery of Enterprise IT, RandD IT and Test Environment services to the business sector. Acting in unison with the Ericsson Leadership Framework, the Delivery Manager is tasked with upholding and promoting the corporate values, ethics, and culture, reinforcing outstanding performance. As an effective communicator and planner, youll outline scope, create action plans, and monitor all associated activities.
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders on existing solutions and prospective new solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for stakeholders regarding issues with Services/Solutions/Products.
- Engage professionally and efficiently with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Managing local IT support operations for Noida.
- Provide support to other competencies within IT.
- Responsible for end to end delivery for IT operations in Noida.
- Implement and manage Operational Agreements and Service Level Agreements.
- Support in Implementation of new services and projects at the location level.
- Supervise finance within the allocated delivery framework.
- Contribute to enhancing stakeholders IT experience.
- Manage and provide support for Application Operations.
- Execute essential approvals within the scope of each relevant application.
- Ensure SOX and Security compliance as warranted.
