AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Service Delivery Manager.

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Infrastructure Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of IT services and managing relationships with outsourced vendors. This role ensures that all infrastructure services are delivered efficiently, meet the agreed service levels, and support the organizations business objectives.

Your Impact

• Manage the delivery of infrastructure services, ensuring they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).

• Oversee the performance of outsourced vendors, ensuring they adhere to contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors and internal teams, addressing any issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with various IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure services.
• Ensure compliance, SoX tasks are delivered by the internal and external vendor outsourcing partners.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• At least 15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years of IT service delivery, vendor management, and management experience.
• Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on infrastructure operations and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including end user management, ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
