Job Description
As an HR Delivery Specialist at Ericsson, you will have the exciting opportunity to perform HR tasks according to our standard processes and procedures. You will not just execute, but also analyze and propose improvements to our established processes and tools. A significant part of your role will be your active participation in HR Delivery projects, and managing local vendors as agreed.
What you will do:- Interpret and advise on legislation, processes, and policies related to HR.
- Establish and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, processes, and policies.
- Develop administrative procedures and ensure their effective execution.
- Support the candidate sourcing and selection process, as well as on-boarding activities.
- Utilize your skills for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution finding.
- Manage day to day relationships with suppliers, lead specialist teams, and perform data audits.
