Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to enhance our HR processes and drive employee engagement initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective onboarding and engagement programs.


Employee Engagement 

  • Engagement Calendar: Ensure 100% adherence to and implementation of the Employee Engagement Calendar.
  • Rewards & Recognition: Oversee the implementation and record-keeping of the Rewards & Recognition Program.

New Hire Enablement

  • Induction Process: Manage the initial enablement for new hires, including induction processes and materials.
  • Plan onboarding process by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Audits & Compliance

  • Audit Management: Assist in internal and external audits with a goal of zero non-conformities.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to ABC and COC compliance through policy documentation, reaffirmation, and training.
  • CSR Contributions: Facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, tracking participation.

Data Management & Reporting 

  • MIS Records: Maintain up-to-date MIS records across all platforms.
  • Employee Insurance: Manage employee insurance data accurately.
  • Payroll Inputs: Coordinate new joiner and monthly payroll inputs efficiently.
  • Attendance Management: Oversee contract employee attendance management,

Organizational & Administrative Tasks 

  • Organizational Chart: Update and maintain the organizational chart and provide monthly reports.
  • Probation/Confirmation Process: Manage the probation and confirmation processes for employees.
  • Invoice Coordination: Oversee function-related invoices, payment coordination, monthly provisions, and budget sheet updates.
  • Expense Reimbursement: Manage non-CTC expense reimbursement processes effectively.

Exit Management & Communication

  • Exit Management: Facilitate the exit process for departing employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
  • Announcements: Prepare and disseminate announcements for new joiners, work anniversaries, and other relevant updates.
  • Attrition Reporting: Conduct periodic reporting on attrition rates and trends.
  • File Management: Maintain employee files and generate necessary letters as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills & Competencies

  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Data Management: Proficient in maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective interaction.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and empathy to foster a positive work environment.

Behavioural Attributes

  • Integrity: Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Proactive Attitude: Initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Preferred qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institute.
