Job Description
- Coordinate and maintain employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.
- Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Assist with HR data analysis and prepare reports as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scheduling meetings, and handling employee inquiries.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and company culture.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and talent management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems is a bonus.
- Duration: 3 months
