Job Description
Senior Executive - Procurement (Opex) Finance
Bengaluru, Full Time
Roles and Responsibilities
- Following and enforcing the companys procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry
- Compare proposals for price and specifications
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
- Creation of Purchase orders in SAP / ERP tool
- Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely manner
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports
Preferred qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Procurement Executive 3+ years.
- Graduate (BE, B.Com etc)
- In-depth knowledge of contracts and negotiation terms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Negotiation aptitude.
- On job experience in SAP(PO Creation)
- Indirect procurement ( FM, Operations, IT, AMC s, maintenance repair etc)
- Handled India geo procurement (Pan India) only.
