Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Consultant to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will leverage your expertise in waste management services, industrial compliances, and regulatory norms to drive business growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
- Answer potential client questions and conduct follow-up calls.
- Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective lead conversion strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Had prior experience in projects related to Industrial Setups.
Sales & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Reporting Manager on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term business development plans.
- Utilize multitasking tools effectively for business development activities.
- Demonstrate versatility in understanding opportunities within a dynamic environment.
Industry Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of waste management services (E-waste, Plastic, Solid waste, etc.).
- Understand industrial compliances (Pollution NOC, EIA, CGWA, EPR clearances) and other regulatory norms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal, compliance, and similar services.
- Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Contribute to market expansion initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in business consulting, corporate sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of waste management services and industrial compliances.
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, and regulatory services.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and adapt to opportunities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong lead conversion stratigies.
