- The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading and driving the national sales strategy and operations in the medical device industry especially from Endovision/Laparoscopy surgical device market.
- This role requires an entrepreneurial mind-set, a proven ability to develop high-performing sales teams, and expertise in executing go-to-market strategies.
- The position will oversee both private and government sales channels to ensure market leadership, revenue growth, and a significant market share in the Indian Endo Vision/Laparoscopy surgical healthcare ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate will also be tasked with impactful and effective CRM adoption, ensuring robust pipeline management, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and alignment with corporate goals are critical to the success of this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven success in managing both private and government sales channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving sales growth, meeting revenue targets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience in implementing and ensuring adoption of Salesforce CRM or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of India's healthcare landscape, including government procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and results-oriented environment.
