- Lead and guide research team for arriving at business shaping insights

- Devising growth strategy and building Annual growth plan

- Support programming teams for developing and executing new show concepts

- Along with Qual team constantly monitor consumer feedback and convert it into insights which can help programming and marketing team

- Oversee and drive Promo planning & Break Strategy for the channel

- Help build Marketing Plan- Identify, Profile and Quantify the target audience for each of the shows which goes as a sharper input to channel Marketing team.

- FPC planning - Using Audience duplication model and availability to build the channel FPC
